Staying happy and healthy during your time at Hilda’s is really important for dealing with the pressures of an Oxford life. If you are having any problems whether it’s as small as a cough that won’t go away or something more serious here are the details of who to contact for advice and confidential listening on where to seek help:

Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, and Wednesday afternoons in South 47 (past the JCR IT room and follow the signs!)
Any medical problems just pop into her surgery, no need to book an appointment. She can also visit you in your room if you are unable to visit the surgery.

Healthcare outside college (e.g. when the doctor / nurse is unavailable)

For appointments outside the college doctor’s hours call the Banbury Road Medical Centre (01865 515731) located at 172 Banbury Road – its easiest to get the bus there, either from outside Debenham’s in the city centre or get the number 7 from St Clements (near the roundabout).

Oasis Dental Practice (01865 243702):
This is located in Beaumont Street (left at the end of Cornmarket) and has links with the college. Call to make an appointment.

NHS Helpline (08454647) is a 24 hour service which can provide you with advice on any medical issue, however small.
