| Review | Found through Thomas Merrifield in July. Got a large discount because the property only had a 6-month let. Within a mile of the town centre. Really good self-contained flat, clean and nice furniture. There is a kitchen, bedroom, living-room and a bathroom. Only problems are that there is only a bath (no shower) and there is no washing machine. Repairs and safety checks are organized by the letting agents. |

| Review | It's quite a new house, and in good condition; we got new carpets in the summer! There are two very good size rooms, both with double beds, and one very very small room, which fits one single bed and a wardrobe and then space for one person to stand in.... But we have a large living room and dining area, so there\'s extra room to work/play in. The kitchen is fairly small but well equipped. The bathroom is a good size, and there's a downstairs loo as well. There's a small paved over garden with a washing thingy in, where you can keep bikes safely. The letting agency are good (Premier Letting), and the actual landlords are even better, and fix any problems as soon as they can (on the day usually). It\'s not too far down Iffley Road either. All in all, a very nice little house! |

| Review | Very good location: down Bullingdon from Tescos, and really close to the Sports Center. The house is nice, with especially nice kitchen and dining room. There is a separate dining room and living room, so you can use the living room for guests. The rooms are of very different sizes (two of them have double) beds, so this can be a problem when sorting out the rooms. 2 bathrooms and garden. Overall, very good house, very good value!!!! We had it in 8th week MT07, so be quick!!! |

Fantastic location for Hildas and the centre which has been an advantage. The landlord is a distant figure as everything is conducted through the agency but they are usually responsive if not always helpful. Problems with cheap fixtures and fittings (cupboard handles break all the time) and the shower is not hot enough. Great to have an outside space though. A good layout/size for parties. |

| Review | Really cute house. That includes the smallness that often comes with cuteness. The atmosphere is great, though no double beds and the front yard is somewhat small to fit all our bikes there. On the upside it's very close to Tesco's and we have a back garden you could polish up to be quite nice. Landlord is Bannits, which is not great, but if you are patient and persistent you will usually be helped. But mostly you have to put more time and effort in than one would wish. Only little damp in the (only) bathroom (we have an extra toilet though). Recommended but not a place for space lovers. |

| Review | Landlord is really good, any problems we have are sorted within a few days of reporting them, the house is 2 minutes cycle from Hilda's, its at the bottom of St Clements next to the park. We had a damp problem down stairs but after major construction work all has been sorted and we now have a new beautiful bottom floor. All the bedrooms are doubles and there is no small room, all the rooms are a seriously good size for a student house, we have two showers and two separate toilets, an extra kitchen/ dining room down stairs and two car parking spaces at the back of the house which are very useful given how hard parking is at oxford and a bike rack at the back of the house too. |

| Review | Currently 6 people with two people in living rooms downstairs - could easily be 5 people if you want a \'proper\' living room. At the moment the living space is attached to the kitchen, with a table and 2 sofas. 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and 1 shower with toilet on the ground floor. Bedrooms vary in size, currently 2 double beds, the rest singles. A bit of a damp problem, but the landlord is great - fixes any problems within a day or so, and is planning to put in double glazing in the bedrooms over Christmas. 5 mins from Hilda\'s. Great value too - about as cheap as you can get in Oxford! |

| Review | Well located house, 5mins from Tesco, 10 from college and about 2 from the Iffley sports ground. Moderately well maintained - damp issues especially in the cellar, but a very helpful and accessible landlord who has provided dehumidifiers and covered the cost of running. 5 of the rooms are decent sized, the sixth is tiny but liveable if you don\'t mind having a wardrobe on the landing. Generally a really nice house. |

| Review | 1 small bedroom, 5 large sized bedrooms all (except the small room) with double beds. 1 shower/toilet, 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Nice communal space with an open lounge and kitchen. Ideal distance to College and Tesco's. Our letting agency is Bannits, and have been ok, but are not ideal as they are based in Cardiff. Kitchen is particularly nice, and there is nice furniture. Not an ideal house in terms of locking bikes. It has a small grassy garden. The street is away from noise as it does not get through traffic. There is bad damp issues in parts of the house. Other than damp, the house is very pleasant to live in. |

| Review | The house is a good size, 2 small bedrooms; 4 decent sized, 2 of which have double beds. 2 bathrooms, good living room, garden etc. A fair distance from town/lectures, but not very far on a bike. Some of the house is damp and very cold in the extension, and various other small(ish) issues. The landlord'is Bannits, so technically we don't have a landlord as we have to go straight to Bannits with issues. Overall Bannits is not an ideal letting agency, not very efficient etc, but the house is a good size and nice to live in, as improvements have been made since the previous year! |

| Review | Its great having 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath. Separate kitchen and lounge is also good. It sounds really far up Iffley but its fine. Bannits (our landlords) aren't that great. We've got lots of fridges and freezers which is always handy. plus a washing machine. |
