St. Hilda's/ Exeter Football

Joining the Hilda’s/Exeter football team is a great way to make friends, play sport at a much less competitive level than any of the major university teams and to meet people from other colleges. Because our football team is joint with Exeter we get to know the Exeter guys and girls well, as well as benefiting from their men’s First team.

Don’t worry if you have never played football before, come and give football a go. I can guarantee you will enjoy it.

We have training every Wednesday afternoon, every other Friday,(if all goes according to plan) for shooting practice (and beer) and matches on most Saturdays. We are in the Second League and in previous years we finished respectably in the middle of the table. We also reached the quarter-finals of the Cuppers 5-aside tournament. Visit us on our stall at the Hilda’s Freshers fair.
